no. 7: Pasta Primavera with Gremolata

Use seasonal, colourful vegetables and herbs. Brighten it up with this Gremolata - an Italian condiment that’s usually made with lemon zest, garlic, parsley, and anchovy. This version skips the anchovy and adds a subtle peppery note with arugula.

You’ll make a gremolata (like a pesto) with the arugula and parsley, lemon, garlic, olive oil, S&P. Then you’ll saute some of the veggies in our amazing Stir-Fry Skillet, add the pasta, water, more veggies and cook together. The veggie goodness will cook right into the pasta in minutes. Finish it with the gremolata.

A customer & host, Ashley Richards, writes “I love the wok [Stainless Steel Non-Stick Wok]. I’ve used it a few times and it’s just easy to cook with. Easy to clean!” Get yours today, or if your wallet says.. host a cooking party to get it 1/2 price, then email me today to get fit into my calendar.
