Use seasonal, colourful vegetables and herbs. Brighten it up with this Gremolata - an Italian condiment that’s usually made with lemon zest, garlic, parsley, and anchovy. This version skips the anchovy and adds a subtle peppery note with arugula.
You’ll make a gremolata (like a pesto) with the arugula and parsley, lemon, garlic, olive oil, S&P. Then you’ll saute some of the veggies in our amazing Stir-Fry Skillet, add the pasta, water, more veggies and cook together. The veggie goodness will cook right into the pasta in minutes. Finish it with the gremolata.
